Doc would be on a one-year net income guarantee - sign-on bonus, relocation, practice start up, training period stipend all included in the deal. One of our docs is seeing 120 patients a day.
Emergency Medicine 400K – 450K

Responsibilities
Support Escalation – Act as Level 3 escalation for key production systems and network infrastructure Capacity Planning – Responsible for managing the growth and balance of Company production systems including voice circuits (TDM and VoIP), data circuits, collocation sites and production platforms Project Management – Organize and lead projects for managing cost, service quality, and capacity of key production systems and network infrastructure Quality Management – Ensure the highest level of service for our clients by creating, tracking, managing, and reporting key performance indicators related to service delivery Design – Assist in strategies for technical architecture and implementation of key production systems and network infrastructure Cost Control – Assist in budget planning, budget management, and cost optimization through analysis,project definition, and project management Reporting – Assist in definition of key performance indicators and ensure accuracy and management of reporting to maintain control of department planning and strategic objectives Vendor Management – Establish and manage key vendor relationships Ambassador/Advocate – Establish working relationships with peers around the world to share and adopt best practices
Requirements
BS in technical discipline or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus 10+ years prior experience in data center, IT systems & network administration 5+ years of data center operations experience that includes capacity planning, forecasting, disaster recovery planning and implementation, and business continuity Current technical expertise in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure (windows servers,SAN storage, Cisco routing and switching, security, backup, virtual computing, etc) Deep hardware architecture experience (highly available systems, storage, benchmarking) Experience with monitoring and remote management solutions Ability to interact with team members in multiple cultures and time zones Demonstrated competence to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining operational excellence Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem solving skills with a high degree of integrity and discretion
NOTE:
· Must have experience working with global teams as this person will communicate outside the US with teams in Japan, Germany, France etc.- for this we need someone who is a great communicator and can communicate effectively with teams from different cultural backgrounds
· Must have managed a budget with signing authority (person will manage approximately $5-6M/year)
· Will manage a small team of 2 so someone with management or team lead experience is great – someone with many direct reports and more delagatory than hands on probably won’t be interested as the team is small
· MUST be hands on – by this we mean they need to be able to log into a Cisco device and configure it themselves
· Must be proficient in SQL – not just installing it but in doing data inquiries themselves
· VOIP experience, network engineer experience, hardware architecture experience
*One thing to keep in mind is that this position is working on networks where our clients are the end-user, so ideally this person will have worked on networks not just for internal company usage.
