Executive Recruiting Services

Our firm has been the preferred recruiting company for businesses across the country for over fourteen years.  Industry leaders turn to American Consulting Company when they need top quality candidates for their hard to fill positions.

The Right Recruiter for your Hiring Needs

Our reputation as the top recruiting firm in the industry is the result of exceeding client expectations year after year.  We value our client’s time; unlike other recruiting companies, we will not send you dozens of candidate resumes to review.  We will develop an in depth understanding of your business and hiring needs to identify highly qualified, motivated candidates who will exceed your expectations.

Our Recruiting Guarantee - The Best Candidates in the Marketplace

Our process guarantees that you will only review candidates that meet or exceed your hiring criteria.  Each candidate file will be presented with the candidate resume, our full interview notes, our assessment of the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses, their motivations for considering a career change and their compensation history.  Our firm guarantees every hire you make utilizing our services; if the hire doesn’t work out, we will replace the candidate absolutely free.

Our Recruiting Process

Each recruiting campaign is based on a clearly defined and thoughtfully executed marketing plan, designed to identify the highest quality candidates.  Like many recruiting companies we utilize that latest technology including over 200 resume services such as Career Builder, Hot Jobs and Monster.  Most recruiters depend solely on these resume services to source job candidates; not American Consulting Company.

Our strategic advantage is the nationwide network of recruiting partners we have developed over the past 14 years.  Our partnerships frequently identify “passive” candidates; highly successful individuals who aren’t actively seeking a career change, but given the right set of circumstances would consider a move.  Over the years, American Consulting Companies clients continue to find value in the service we provide, because of our ability to identify and sell, these “passive” candidates your opportunity.

Why in the world, would I need the help of a recruiter -

with so many more candidates available during this economic turmoil?

You’re right!  There are more candidates available today.  However, because of the current job environment, they are not necessarily the top talent that you want on your team.

Consider this:  If you run a company and needed to cut expenses by laying off people, would you lay off your top people, or would you start by dismissing the average to bottom employees?  Great companies won’t continue their success by asking their best people to leave.  There are a lot more people looking for a new job, but that doesn’t mean there are more top people looking for a job.  Today’s recruiters must intensify their search processes and identify the great from the average candidates.

Because of the current economy and precariousness of many companies, the top people are certainly not looking for a new job.  And that’s where the exceptional recruiting firms should be focusing their efforts.

Consider that you are currently a VP of Sales and a bit uncertain about your current company.  A recruiter calls you about a new opportunity.  Might you listen to what he or she has to say?  Maybe you don’t feel so secure right now.  You might even be thinking about updating your resume.  The recruiter may pick up on your openness to a new position, and suddenly we now have a candidate that fits our clients’ opportunity.  We now have a candidate that does not have a resume posted on a service, and certainly is not known to any in house HR people.

You’re probably not out looking for a job right now.  But ask yourself a couple of questions:  Are YOU a top performer?  Is there any chance that YOU would consider reviewing a new opportunity right now?  Most people would answer yes.

A good recruiter will source and find those great passive candidates in this uncertain economy.
