How we source candidates for your review:
Our success will be based on a clearly defined and executed marketing plan. The initial campaign consists of two parts. First, driving the right resumes to our attention. Second, implementing a networking campaign designed to bring the best passive candidates to our attention. Both are a reality because of the current technology in today's global recruiting culture. As you've perhaps noted, our most active clients are located across the country.
An informational letter will be prepared, outlining the specifics of the job available. We have a software product that will automatically send that letter to every qualified and defined candidate in every one of our selected resume services. (We have relationships with over two hundred national resume services, from the large - CareerBuilder/HotJobs/monster, etc. - to the small niche services.) The candidates are directed to our website for more specific information about the job. If they still have interest, they are invited to forward their letter of interest and resume to us. We then begin the process of reviewing each resume.
Also important will be our networking efforts. Our goal is to locate and identify passive candidates. We belong to a national network of recruiters that have been screened and qualified to participate in sharing candidates. Information about our new job order is sent to over five hundred specific recruiters and firms, located in the targeted areas. If they know about a successful candidate, working in a defined environment that might have an interest in making a career move, they contact that person. The candidate is then referred to our firm. If a placement is successful, our firm pays them a referral fee.
Finally, we begin our own personal networking efforts. Our friends and associates extend across the country. It's not uncommon for us to spend several days going from one contact to another. Everyone enjoys visiting, referring and recommending someone they know or have in their database that would make a good hire.
